Leadership Masterclass is designed for first-time managers.

Learn how to manage self, up, down and across in this 8-week program jampacked with value. You will receive frameworks, action and results through small group and 1:1 coaching. Kickstart and stay accountable in your leadership journey through coaching and community.

What can you expect to get out of it?

  • Arm yourself with frameworks and tools to master leadership

  • Define the kind of leader you want to be and objectively assess where you are right now

  • Identify at least one leadership shift you want to commit to in the next 8 weeks to bring you closer to the leader you want to be

  • Take action and note the impact - what wins, challenges, doubts, feedback are you getting?

  • Iterate on your leadership shift as you evolve to become a great leader and manager

  • Rinse and repeat across more leadership shifts - your leadership journey has only just begun

How much does it cost?

I believe in transparent pricing. Leadership Masterclass is currently priced at SGD $1,000 per person for 8 weeks. You will receive 6.5 hours of Chun’s time, usually priced at $2,000.

Special rates apply, should you decide to continue with one-on-one coaching after the program ends.

What to Expect over 8 Weeks

Week 1

Large-Group Webinar

2 hours

  • Arm you with the frameworks and tools to master leadership

  • Start to think about the kind of leader you want to be

  • Ask me anything — questions to be addressed live or in small group / 1:1 sessions

Week 2

Small-Group Coaching

2 hours

  • Define the kind of leader you want to be

  • Objectively assess where you are right now

  • Identify at least one leadership shift you want to commit to in the next 8 weeks to bring you closer to the leader you want to be

  • Anticipate challenges you would face and pre-solve them

  • Connect with individuals going through journeys similar to yours

Week 3 to Week 8

One-to-One Coaching

2.5 hours over 6 weeks

  • Share back your wins, challenges, doubts, feedback

  • Get unstuck through coaching and iterate on leadership shift(s)

  • Receive customized advice from Chun

  • Exact session format to be shared upon onboarding to Leadership Masterclass

Meet Chun.

Hello! I am Chun Yue.

I am a management consultant in a top tier consulting firm and an ICF ACC certified coach. I help organizations and individuals navigate their most critical leadership challenges with clarity, empathy, and impact.

I have 150+ hours of external training with certified coaching institutes, 200+ hours of inner work with the Hoffman Process, personal coaching and mentoring, and 400+ hours of coaching conversations across 30+ coaching clients.

Leadership is my passion. I know what it feels like to be a first-time manager drowning in a sea of unmet expectations, doing all I can to stay afloat and feeling exhausted. I am grateful I learned from the best thought leaders and mentors and received personalized support from my coaches, who allowed me to rise above and thrive in leadership roles. Every first-time manager deserves to be as lucky as I was.

When I look back, all I remember was a blur of doing, striving, and achieving. I was rushing through life so I could do more with life. But, life is lived in the present. I was already missing out on what I was working so hard for.
